Its that time of year again! SWE time!
The Society of Women Engineers will be having their first general meeting Tuesday September 13th in room 1.290 at noon! Lunchwill be provided so bring your growling stomachs over to have some DELICIOUS spaghetti and garlic bread sticks then quench your thirst with ice cold Lemonade!
During the meeting will be discussing up coming SWE events such as Ice Cream Parties, HESTEC, and SWE’s National Conference. Joining an organization is a great way to meet new people and unite with peers of the same major, plus being involved looks great on your resume for future references,
The Society of Women Engineers welcomes both Men and Women, we encourage women to join to being unity and encouragement to one another. We also encourage men to join, since engineering is a man dominated field it looks great on your resume that men can interact with women with out conflict. So please take this into consideration!
